My stay at the Crowne Plaza was a mix of positives and challenges. The room was spacious and clean, making it comfortable for my needs. However, the hotel's ongoing renovations made navigating the hotel a bit cumbersome. I appreciated the friendly staff, especially Caylin, who went out of their way to help. Still, I encountered issues like misleading breakfast passes and less than ideal pool conditions.
